Who Are We and How Can We Support You?

Our office is situated in the South Lodge, on the main UCC Campus, behind the Boole Library. We operate an open-door policy for all UCC students, and residents within our community. We offer all UCC students an Accommodation and Advisory Service. We support students both in their search for accommodation and during their time as a tenant.

Our team is committed to aiding students in their accommodation search, answering queries around current and on-going tenancy’s, updating and maintaining UCC Student Pad, and working to further develop/maintain strong connections with local residents and the wider community.

If you would like to learn more about the ACLO, the work we do and our team - Our About Us page is listed below!

Are You An Incoming CAO Student Still Looking For Accommodation?

If you received your CAO offer to study in UCC but have not secured accommodation, you can fill out our CAO Expression of Interest Form. This service aims to source affordable and safe accommodation for first year students, where possible. We prioritise students based on their distance from campus rather than first come first serve. We encourage students to remain proactive in their own search for accommodation while this service is active.

While we can not guarantee accommodation, we will do our best to support and advise incoming CAO students.

This service will be available starting with the release of Round 1 CAO Offers - Date: August 26, 2026
