The programme for the degree of MSc (Corporate Finance) is taken in two
parts set out below. Part I consists of a combination of examinations
and coursework in a set of specified taught modules to the value of 60
credits. Part II consists of a Research Project to the value of 30
credits.

October in the academic year, following completion of MSc Part I.

Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Finance exit award (NFQ Level 9, Major award)
Students who successfully achieve the pass standard in the examination
may opt not to proceed to Part II and may opt instead to be awarded the
Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Finance.
