Workshop on 6 October: Micro-credentials in Lifelong Learning
05 Sep 2022Thursday 6th October at 10:15 -11:15 CET / 9.15 - 10.15 (IST). Lyndsey ElAmoud from ACE, UCC will present at this workshop on the subject of Micro-credentials. In her presentation, Lyndsey will explore the current practice at University College Cork, where micro-credentials represent a short learning experience that responds to societal and economic needs and provides proof of learning from a university. The presentation will demonstrate the benefits and opportunities that micro-credentials present for the individual learner in the context of lifelong learning education and training provision.

UNIC Superdiversity School – Enacting Superdiversity: Towards Critical Change in Higher Education
08 Aug 2022University College Cork (UCC) hosted an online Superdiversity School in May 2022 (17th-19th) as part of the UNIC initiative. The School is the latest in a series of events being held under the UNIC Superdiversity Academy (WP4), and a total of six Schools are planned for the duration of the project across partner institutions.
