Educators and other professionals

Why we need your help

Educator and other professionalsAs an educator (or other professional) working with children with/at risk of language disorders, you have first-hand experience of the long term and negative impact that (D)LD has on a child's life, impacting their social inclusion, academic achievement and wellbeing.

Therefore, you are in a prime position to provide unique and valuable insight into how and what information is reported in language intervention research, so that we can increase intervention research impact, and make it more applicable in the real world

Take part in a focus group/consensus exercise

We need to develop a core team to include representatives from each of our 4 key groups across different countries, who will use and be influenced by the final reporting guidance. As an educator (or other professional) working with children at risk of/with (D)LD, you are part of one of our key groups, and we invite you to express your interest in representing this group.

Your involvement in the project will likely involve participating in a focus group/consensus exercise

If you are interested in taking part in this project and helping people with or at risk of language difficulties, please fill out an online form by following the link below. We will inform you of more specific details as soon as they become available. You are free to withdraw your interest at any time
