Note: On the evening of 26 November 1920, Volunteers ambushed a military patrol from Fermoy at Labbacallee Hill, a few miles from Glanworth. Killed in the ambush were Corporal Hall and Bandsman Gammon. Four other soldiers were wounded. Hall was buried in Streatham Cemetery at Wandsworth in the greater London metropolitan area.
