Faculty from James Madison University in Virginia will lead a three hour workshop on STEAM principles and pedagogy.

THE OFFICE FOR THE VICE PRESIDENT OF TEACHING AND LEARNING, UCC

Through a lively and engaged afternoon with this interdisciplinary team, participants will:
• improve their understanding of STEAM principles and STEAM education;
• apply STEAM pedagogy principles to specific learning contexts;
• apply STEAM principles to specific research contexts;
• identify potential partners in a STEAM collaboration, sketch objectives of that partnership, and brainstorm how to initiate it.
