Advanced Entry into Medicine and Dentistry

Entry at a level beyond first year for Medicine CK701:

The School of Medicine will assess Advanced Entry (Transfer) applications on a case-by-case basis.

• Applications will be confined to students admitted to a Medicine programme in their current institution through the CAO process. 
• Applications are also only considered for transfers into Years 2 or 3 of the 5-year programme.

 *CK701 is closed to Advanced Entry applications for 2023-24.

Entry at a level beyond first year for Graduate Entry Medicine CK791:

There is no Advanced Entry (Transfer) into Graduate Entry Medicine.

Entry at a level beyond first year for Dentistry:

The School of Dentistry does not accept students transferring from other programmes.
