I cannot access My Student Admin

In order to access My Student Admin you will need your student number and password. If you cannot remember your password, you can click on the forgotten password and input your student number and secondary email address.

This an alternative email address which you entered in into MyStudentAdmin at registration time.  This is where a new Student IT Account password will be sent if you forget your current one.  If you never set one up, or you no longer have access to it please contact sreo@ucc.ie  with your student number and details, who will be able to reset it for you.

I need to change my address

I need to get a letter to confirm I am registered at UCC

If you require a letter to confirm you are registered, simply log into our Web Enquiry Form and request a letter. You can ask for this to be posted to you or you can choose to collect it from the Student Records and Examinations Office, 1st Floor, West Wing. It goes without saying, you need to have completed the registration process in order to get a letter confirming your registration!

I need to get a form stamped for an external agency (e.g social welfare)

In order to provide a stamp to say you are registered, you need to have completed the registration process. You can drop up to the Student Records and Examinations Office, 1st Floor, West Wing, with your form and your student ID card and we will be able to check your registration and stamp the form for you.

I am not sure how to register for a module

Once you are fully registered you will be automatically registered for your compulsory modules. You can select optional modules or make changes to modules using My Student Admin.

How do I change a module?

If you wish to change a module you can do so through My Student Admin no later than two weeks after the start of each Semester, i.e. by Friday, 21 September 2018 (Semester 1) or Friday, 25 January 2019 (Semester 2). Semester 1 modules cannot be changed in Semester 2. It is not possible to change modules after these dates.

Change of Subject - First Year Arts

You may make changes to first year Arts subjects, provided subject prerequisites are met, up to four weeks after the start of Semester 1, i.e. until Friday, 5 October 2018.

The online facility for making changes to subjects will only be open through My Student Admin for the first two weeks of Semester 1, i.e. until Friday, 21 September 2018. Subsequent changes up until Friday, 5 October 2018 must be processed manually through the Student Records and Examinations Office, West Wing, UCC. Changes for FETAC and Mature students and any other student not presenting with a Leaving Certificate must be processed manually through the College of Arts, Celtic Studies and Social Sciences Office, G31, O'Rahilly Building. Change of Subject Forms are available here.

No change in registration will be allowed after these deadlines.
