I am confused about when/how I pay my fees

Your fees are payable in two instalments. The first instalment is payable when you register online through My Student Admin. The second instalment may be paid on/before 31st January 2019. If you have a query about paying your fees, please submit your query by logging onto our Web Enquiry Form We will respond to your enquiry as quickly as possible.

I cannot pay and I need to set up a payment plan

Payment plans are available to students who cannot pay their fees in two instalments due to financial difficulties. Further details on how to set up a payment plan are available here

I need a receipt for the fees I have paid

You can request a fee receipt for the current year (and/or 16/17 and 17/18) through My Student Admin, by clicking on Fees and Revenue Tax Receipt. If you have additional queries ask us by logging onto our Web Enquiry Form

I am having some financial issues and need to talk to someone

The most important thing if you are experiencing financial issues is that you seek help. For financial advice, you can contact the Student Budgetary Advisor for an appointment to discuss your options.

You may be eligible to apply for financial assistance through the Student Assistance Fund

I am not sure what the student contribution fee is 

This is a €3000 student contribution for all undergraduate programmes.  This is payable by all EU undergraduate students unless you are in receipt of a Student Universal Support Ireland (SUSI) grant.  For details on how to apply for a SUSI grant please refer to www.susi.ie

I need to get my fees refunded  Please read the University’s Fee Refund Policy 2018/19 for details of fee refunds.

I would like to make a payment over the phone

UCC does not accept fee payments by phone – payments should be made online through My Student Admin
