Update Print Account Issue

Since Monday 3rd October at 19:22 there has been an issue with print account top-ups. While the credi/debit cards of students who attempted to top up after this time were debited an on-going technical issue meant that their UCC Print accounts were not credited. We wish to assue you that we have a record of all the affected transactions and the credit and debit cards involved will be refunded directly.
We are currently working with our ecommerce partner to resolve this as quickly as possible and therefore the Print Account access via portal@UCC will remain unavailable until we are completely satisfied that the sevice has been fully restored.
We sincerely apologise for this interruption to the Print Service and request that you bear with us while we work through to a resolution.
