College Management Team (CMT) Terms of Reference
The role of the College Management Team is to advise and assist the Head of College in the leadership and management of the College. Its specific responsibility is to advise and assist the Head of College in the fulfilment of the College Strategic Plan.
The membership of the College Management Team is entirely ex officio and consists of the Heads of School (or academic units), the College Manager, the College Financial Analyst, the Vice Head of College, and the Head of College as chair. Permission for occasional attendance by named alternates may be provided by agreement of the College Management Team.
Members of the College or the wider University may be invited to attend for specific agenda items at meetings of the College Management Team in order to provide advice and assistance.
The primary areas of concern to the College Management Team include

- Human Resources
- Teaching and Learning
- Student Support
- Research
- Graduate Education
- External Affairs
Each Committee established at College level reports in the first instance to the College Management Team.
Meetings of the College Management Team are held at least once each month during term time.
The College Management Team reports formally to each meeting of the College Council. Summary reports of meetings of the College Management Team are posted on the College website.
