UCC EDI Annual Report 2021-22 Launched as part of Equality Week
On Monday 7 November, as part of UCC Equality Week, Professor John O’Halloran, UCC President, was joined by members of UCC’s Equality Committee and the Students’ Union to launch the UCC Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Annual Report 2021-22, which was prepared by the Equality Committee and EDI Unit.
Equality Week provided an opportunity to reinforce UCC’s commitment to accelerate equality for all, with the week consisting of a range of events for staff and students, across theatre, film, art and discussion.
The EDI Report 2021-22 details not only the work of the Equality Committee and EDI Unit, but also the wider community approach to embedding EDI across every aspect of university life. I look forward to working together with our community in the coming years to further the important EDI agenda.
- Professor John O’Halloran
