2019 International Summer School in Irish Studies

Summer 2019 sees UCC host its fortieth International Summer School in Irish Studies.
For the month of July, students explore key turning points in Ireland's history that shaped its destiny, and examine how modern Irish writers of international significance sought to define a sense of cultural identity. Students are given the opportunity to explore the beauty of the Irish countryside and to experience the places examined in their studies.
