Postgraduate Student Represents Research Group at JpGU-AGU Joint Meeting 2026
Shogo Saito, a postgraduate student supervised by Prof. Andy Ruth, attended the JpGU-AGU Joint Meeting 2026. Meeting 2026, held from 24–29 May 2026 at Makuhari Messe, Chiba, Japan, which attracted approximately 8,000 attendees.
During the conference, Saito delivered two talks and one poster presentation. Inclduing a motivational and well received talk to high school and university students. He presented his research on the i-mACES iodine detector, which was entered for a Student Presentation Award. He also presented a poster on the n-mACES NO₃ radical detector, leading to valuable discussions with fellow scientists.
The conference provided an excellent opportunity to showcase his research, receive positive feedback, and build new international research connections.
