Mixtli Campos Represents Research Excellence at EGU General Assembly 2026
Technical Officer Mixtli Campos attended the European Geosciences Union (EGU) General Assembly 2026, which welcomed 22,497 registered attendees from 125 countries.
Mixtli organized a session (AS3.39) on "Advances in Understanding Atmospheric Chemical and Physical Processes through Theory, Field, Laboratory, Chamber and Molecular Simulation Studies", presented a poster on "Nocturnal radical chemistry of farnesene in the atmosphere" (in collaboration with the School of Chemistry, the Sustainability Institute, and the School of Physics), and gave a research talk on "Direct measurements of the Criegee intermediate formaldehyde oxide, CH2OO, produced from ozonolysis of ethene in a plug-flow optical cavity" (in collaboration with the University of California, Riverside).
