Information for Graduates

"I have just graduated - what happens now?" is a common question we get asked.  To work as an OT in Ireland you need to get registered with CORU (who regulate health & social care professionals) so visit  If you want to work in the UK as an OT you need to register with HCPC (health & care professions council) so visit  If you want to work as an OT in the USA visit 


The OT Harlem Shake

The OT Harlem Shake Fever grips the globe! The Department of Occupational Science & Occupational Therapy were motivated to enter as part of a worldwide call to occupational therapy programmes to submit their version of the harlem shake, all in the name of promoting awareness of occupational therapy. How many occupations can you spot?


Raising Awareness of Good Mental Health

On 11th November 2014 at 1pm-2pm in the Main Quad UCC, The Department of Occupational Science & Occupational Therapy Yr 2 Students helped raised awareness of mental health and to break the Guinness World Record!
