Welcome to the University Archives
The University Archives of University College Cork holds records that document the history of the University, its management, staff and students from its foundation in 1849 to the present day.
An on-line exhibition to celebrate the centenary of University College Cork, using documents and images from the University Archives is now available to view at the following website - Learn About Archives http://www.learnaboutarchives.ie
Learn About Archives is hosted by the Society of Archivists, Ireland and its aim is to promote the use of archival material and give information on archive services in Ireland. It is particularly aimed at educators and their students so that students at all levels will be able to develop their research skills.

The University Archives is open for research by appointment with the Archivist only within the following hours 9.15 – 1.00 and 2.15 – 4.45 Monday to Friday.
