The Catherine McAuley School of Nursing and Midwifery, University College Cork hosted a very successful doctoral away titled “The Doctoral Journey- Perspectives and Challenges” on Friday 14th June 2013 in the River Lee Hotel, Cork.
Students and supervisors engaged in scholarly debate and discussions on a wide range of issues relating to the experiences of doctoral research and the methodological issues that challenge students on that journey.
