Three planning lecturers, Brendan O'Sullivan (Director), Jonathan Hall, and Will Brady are attached to the programme on a full time basis. Along with Dr. David Counsell (visiting lecturer) they make up the team of fully qualified planners at the heart of the programme.  They are joined by Dr. Kieran Keohane (Department of Sociology), Dr. Denis Linehan (Department of Geography) and Dr. Cathal O'Connell (Department of Applied Social Studies) on the Programme Executive which oversees and delivers the programme.

The programme office, which is run by Tina McSweeney, is now located in UCC Connolly complex (to the rear of the Granary Theatre on Mardyke Parade) adjacent to the planning studios. Opening times are 9am to 1pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. 9am to 12 noon on Fridays. The office is closed on Wednesdays.

As this is an interdisciplinary programme, the team is also supported by lecturers from a range of different departments and units from across UCC and by a specialist panel of practitioners, academics and other contributors from outside the University.
