Systemic psychodynamic coaching, team and organisational dynamics, systems at work, organisational coaching interventions.

Learning Outcome: |
On successful completion of this module, students should be able to:- Define Systemic Psychodynamic Coaching and identify its different stages
- Understand organisational culture and team dynamics
- Respond with a coaching intervention when a client's actions are influenced negatively within the organisation
- Evaluate and understand how the individual or team fits within the system at work
- Assist the individual or team to operate in a more effective way by engaging with their role with greater understanding
- Develop a coaching style that links well to the organisational dynamics
- Understand the emotional dynamics associated with the different stages of organisational coaching interventions
- Apply the Systemic Psychodynamic model of Coaching.

Assessment: |
Total Marks 100: Continuous Assessment 100 marks (1 x 2,500 word academic essay).

Compulsory Elements: |
Continuous Assessment. Attendance at lectures.

Penalties (for late submission of course/project work etc.): |
Where work is submitted up to and including 7 days late, 5% of the total marks available shall be deducted from the mark achieved. Where work is submitted up to and including 14 days late, 10% of the total marks available shall be deducted from the mark achieved. Work submitted 15 days late or more shall be assigned a mark of zero.
