  2. The said Professorship shall be a full-time office within the meaning of the Statutes of the College and of the University. The term "full-time" in this case shall not be interpreted as precluding the holder of the Professorship from holding and receiving a stipend wholly in respect of a full-time appointment of the kind specified in section 6 of this Chapter.
  3. The stipend of the Professorship shall be the same as that set forth in Statute CXXI., Chapter I., section 2.

He shall also examine in Medical Microbiology for the College and, if required by the Senate to do so, for the University.
  6. The said Professorship shall be tenable only by the holder in a permanent capacity of an office as Consultant Microbiologist under the Southern Health Board in a hospital recognised by the College and the University as a teaching hospital and in which he shall have as of right, for teaching and research purposes, access to the micro- biological materials and specimens in the hospital.
