Executive Coaching & Leadership Development Support
Each student on the UCC Executive MBA receives coaching on a one-to-one basis throughout the programme cycle.
Our Executive Coaches have a proven track record in industry and have brought these skills to the coaching and mentoring arena.
They work with the students through a series of individual coaching sessions, workshops and other events to assist the Developmental Leadership aspect of the programme.
Students bring a variety of situations to these coaching sessions to improve their personal and leadership capability and effectiveness.
The principal focus of the coaching includes constructing a Personal & Professional Development Plan.
This is based on examining your reasons for taking on an MBA programme; your professional development needs; and performance feedback from your professional environment.
This plan is monitored and developed over the two year programme cycle, through the one-to-one coaching sessions as well as through the two Development Workshop checkpoints - one in each year.
During these workshops you will be introduced to frameworks and methodologies that examine such themes as Immunity to Change and Adaptive Leadership.
These frameworks provide you with the tools to formalise and structure your Personal and Professional Development action plans.
