Jennifer is a partner in the Employment Law Unit at Ronan Daly Jermyn. She has extensive experience in all aspects of employment law, particularly negotiation and drafting of service agreements, contentious issues, discrimination, stress in the workplace, wrongful and unfair dismissal, redundancies and issues associated with contingent workers.
She also regularly advises on all employment issues arising from business acquisitions and transfer of undertakings.
Jennifer provides support and assistance to HR managers in relation to internal re-organisation and rationalisation programmes and advises her clients on the practical application of all aspects of employment law. Sheholds a BCL and LLM degree from UCC and a Diploma in Employment Law from UCD. She joined Ronan Daly Jermyn in March 2002.
Jennifer is a member of the American Chamber of Commerce HR Best Practice Working Group and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). Jennifer is recommended as a leading employment lawyer in the Chambers Europe - Client's Guide, The Legal 500 and the European Legal Experts.
Jennifer will present one of the parallel sessions on Friday at 11.20. She will provide a round up of the most interesting recent developments in employment equality law to include new legislation and recent case law. The cases will be analysed for their significance to employers and HR practitioners. Jennifer will also provide practical advice on how to develop equality action plans and appropriate policies and procedures in the workplace.
