IT Training is delighted to announce our online Office365 Fundamentals course has been launched through Canvas. A digital badge is obtainable upon successful completion of this course.

ECDL Testing will resume again Fri 18th Sep after a short break. 

Learn how to add and manage delegates in Outlook 2016.  You can give a delegate access to your Microsoft Exchange calendar, contacts, and email, and you can set permissions that define the activities that delegates can carry out for you.

The Training Centre will be offering the New ECDL from October 2014.  New ECDL is the 6th version of the ECDL Programme and offers new modules and more options. 

Courses available

The Training Centre currently have places available on some of our July & August training courses. 

The Training Centre are now using Office 2013 for all of our Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook courses. Bookings for timetabled courses can be made by emailing tcentre@ucc.ie

The Computer Training Centre is now offering training in Office 2013.  From the week commencing 27 January 2014 all of our Microsoft Training Courses will be delivered using Office 2013.  To book a course please view our timetable for the dates of training and email tcentre@ucc.ie

A suite of 40+ video tutorials are now available. These videos will be of use to all users of the CMS, particularly if your website has been recently migrated to the new style. 

The Computer Training Centre has updated the timetable section. A reduced number of courses will be held this July.

The Computer Training Centre has updated their website to reflect the new UCC branding. We hope that content such as timetables and training manuals will be easily found.

Beginning in January 2020, IT Training will be delivering a series of short sessions on Office365 and related topics.
