Add SharePoint Calendar to Outlook

Step 1 – Open the invitation email that is received from sharepointonline.com

 Received invitation by user

Step 2 – Click SharePoint Calendar link

Step 3 – Select CALENDAR tab

Main page SharePoint Calendars

Step 4 –  Click Connect to Outlook on the toolbar

Synchronize SharePoint Calendars with Outlook

Step 5 – Click Launch Application

Launch SharePoint application

Step 6 – Click Yes to connect SaredPoint Calendar to Outlook

Confirmation window

Step 7 – SharePoint Calendar is synchronised with outlook
