Manage Permissions for a Delegate User in Outlook Client

Manage Permissions for a Delegate User in Outlook Client

A delegate automatically receives Send on Behalf permissions. By default, this means that the

delegate can read only your meeting requests and responses. The delegate isn’t granted permission

to read other messages in your Inbox.  However, if a delegate needs to work on other items of the

mailbox, his/her permissions can be changed as required.
