How to share a personal calendar using Outlook Client

Step 1 - Open your Outlook Client

Step 2 – Navigate to Calendar tab

      • Select Share Calendar

Step 3 - Enter the person who you want to share with in the To box

      • In Details drop down menu chose the permission level
      • Then, click Send

Enter the person who you want to share with in the To box

      • Click Yes on the Permission notification window
      • Go to step 4 to Change sharing permissions level

Confirm the level of security

Step 4 - Change sharing permissions level 

      • Click Calendar Permissions

Navigate to Calendar permissions

Step 5 - Change sharing permissions

      • Select the user that you share calendar with e.g. EAG Support
      • Under Permissions, in the Permission Level list, select a permission level
      • Click Ok to confirm your option

Select level of permission

      • Note: In this example, the level of permission granted is Editor; Please see our guide for details on all permission level access
      • You may remove sharing with another user, by selecting user and click Remove
