How do I configure Outlook on Mac OS X?

  • Go to your Applications folder, and Open up Outlook (or click on it's icon in your Dock)


  • The Add an account dialouge appears if this is your first time using Outlook.
    • If not, go to tools and accounts.
    • Choose Exchange Account.


  • Enter your email address and password
  • Ensure configure automatically is ticked.
  • Click Add Account.

  • A confirmation screen should appear which allows you to rename the account if you wish.

Rename the account if you wish
