EOL-Configure Outlook to Display All Emails

Can not see all Outlook Messages in the Inbox

Step 1 - Open Microsoft Outlook

Step 2 - Click File

Select file to open Outlook

Step 3 - Click Account Setting

      • Then, Select Account Setting

Step 4 - Double Click on your primary email

      • E.g. yourEmail@ucc.ie

Step 5 - Move the slider to the far right till it reads "All" 

      • I.e click and drag
      • Then, click Next

Modify Cached Exchange Mode Mail to keep offline

Step 6 – Click Finish

      • Restart Outlook

Last step to Finish
