Recover deleted items in Outlook

Step 1 - Open Microsoft Outlook Client 

Step 2 – Navigate to Deleted Items

      • Drag and drop selected items into Inbox
      • You may select all items by using keyboard shortcuts CTRL+A

Navigate to Deleted Items folder

Step 3 – If you cannot find deleted emails in Deleted Items folder

      • Click Folder tab
      • Click Recover Deleted Items

Navigate to Folder tab to select Recover Deleted Items

Step 4 – Select the items that you want to recover and click OK

      • Recovered items will be moved to Deleted Items folder
      • Back to Step 3 to move recovered items into Inbox

Note: Recovering deleted items from the server is no longer accessible.
