Summary: All UCC staff and registered students need a logon account to access university computers. A logon account is made up of a username and password. If you do not have a username and password you must contact the appropriate helpdesk.

Staff and Student Logon Accounts
As stated all UCC staff members should have a log on account to access their computer. This consists of a username and a password. If you do not have an account you need to contact the staff IT helpdesk on extension 2120 or on email email@example.com
All students have a Student IT Account. This account is used to log on to the open access computers on campus. For details of this account and information on how to activate it please see the SIT IT Account webpage.
