The Helpdesk is the central point for all computer related enquiries. All enquiries and problems should be directed to the helpdesk, but please check the FAQ (list of frequently-asked questions) first. We will try to deal with each call as soon as possible or escalate the problem to the relevant IT Services Unit

Collecting machines/devices from the Helpdesk
In the interest of security, we now require ID to be provided before a machine or a device can be collected from the Helpdesk.
The Helpdesk is on the 3rd floor of the Kane Building.
