Recover deleted items in Outlook
Step 1 - Open Microsoft Outlook Client
Step 2 – Navigate to Deleted Items
- Drag and drop selected items into Inbox
- You may select all items by using keyboard shortcuts CTRL+A
Step 3 – If you cannot find deleted emails in Deleted Items folder
- Click Folder tab
- Click Recover Deleted Items
Step 4 – Select the items that you want to recover and click OK
- Recovered items will be moved to Deleted Items folder
- Back to Step 3 to move recovered items into Inbox
Note: Recovering deleted items from the server is no longer accessible.
