Add Email Address to Safe Senders List in Outlook Web App

Step 1 – Open a web browser and navigate to http://o365.ucc.ie

• You may use any browser

Step 2 – Logon using your UCC email credentials

• Follow the instructions to login e.g. type your username and password

Step 3 – Navigate to Mail Options

• Click setting’s Icon
• Then, Click Mail

Step 3 – Add email address or domain

• Make sure; Mail drop-list and Account drop-list are expanded
• Select block or allow
• Enter an email address or a domain name and click Add (+)
• Click Save

Note: You can also automatically trust email addresses in your Contacts by selecting the      Also trust e-mail from my Contacts check box.
