UCC's Fulbright Awardees announced

The Fulbright programme has enabled academic and cultural exchanges between more than 2,500 Irish and American citizens since 1957.
Included within the four UCC Fulbright Awardees, two previously studied abroad with UCC, Brigita Gallagher and Róisín Ní Chinnéide
As part of Brigita Gallagher's degree, Brigita spent a year at the University of Rennes. As a Fulbright FLTA, Brigita will teach the Irish language and take classes at Elms College, Chicopee, Masschusetts.
During the third year of Róisín Ní Chinnéide's degree, Róisín spent a semester as an international student at the University of Montana, where Roisin also taught undergraduate Irish classes at the University and undertook an internship in the federal court. As a Fulbright FLTA, Roisin will teach the Irish language and take classes at Catholic University of America, Washington DC.
