This course will be taught completly through the medium of Irish
This course is available for students who have a particular interest in Irish grammar.
The following will be mentioned as part of this course:
- The noun
- The copula
- The cases
- Plurals
- The adjective
- Numbers
- Prefixes and suffixes
- Lenition
- Using the dictionary etc
All students of UCC are welcome to attend this course. The course is specifically aimed at students who have a high standard of Irish and who would like to improve their knowledge of Irish grammar. |

Course Details - Spring 2023
Course Dates: week commencing 6th February 2023 – week commencing 20th March 2023* (1 hour every week for 7 weeks). Please let us know when you are unavailable to attend your class on the application form. This class will be arranged at a time that is suitable to the majority of students.
Location: Classes will be held on campus.
Deadline for Applications: Monday, 30th January 2023, 10am.
Class Details: Details about the class that will be arranged will be sent to your Umail account on or before the 31st January 2023. If the time is suitable for you, please use the link that will be sent to you via email to pay for this course.
* an extra class will be arranged for students who will miss a class due to a bank holiday.
