Supporting UCC staff in 2020/21
The “Acorn to Mighty Oak” has come to symbolise students’ academic and professional development journey throughout their time at UCC. We believe this is also true for our staff. In alignment with this rich metaphor, the support services available to our staff are presented in the form of a Resource Tree.
This tree depicts the support services and resources available to staff and provides links to further information about each service. These supports include Keep Well, EAP, Staff Training, Staff Wellbeing, UCC's Working from Home Policy, Coaching, Mentoring, Staff Ombudsman, Staff Sports & Social Club, Chaplaincy and unions - SIPTU and IFUT.

The resource tree also provides links to other internal supports such as UCC's Covid-19 FAQs for Staff, Keep Teaching, Assessment Hub, IT Services, HR Business Managers, UMT's Guidelines for Remote Working, the Connected Curriculum and UCC's Strategic Plan 2017-2022. The Government's National Keep Well Campaign and HSE Mental Health Supports and Services are also linked on the resource tree.
