Christopher was nominated by the Staff Wellbeing and Development (HR) team. Below, they share why he is so deserving of this acknowledgement.

“With two full months of training initiatives scheduled after the university closure, we knew we would need to adapt our delivery method radically and quickly. Quite simply, we could not have achieved this without Chris. He patiently spent one whole morning with us, going through all the features – slowly, calmly and with no IT jargon! Time and again, we went back to him with queries. He did dry-runs in advance with us, individually. He never got frustrated, impatient or annoyed. His phenomenal customer service really does epitomise best practice! Chris' modest, unassuming and calm manner was so reassuring throughout. The UCC community is extremely lucky to have someone like Chris working in this role and, in particular, at this time. Thank you, Chris, from all at Staff Wellbeing and Development.”
