Now more than ever, we need to ensure we remain healthy and resilient as we adapt to the new world of work.
On the successful completion of this workshop participants will:
- Develop techniques to manage stress and improve wellbeing.
- Develop practical steps to manage energy and prevent burnout.
- Learn to apply evidence-based strategies to enhance resilience and deal skilfully with uncertainty and change.
