Overview

This interactive and engaging course will ensure that delegates leave with:

• A foundation knowledge of the Duty of Respect and Right to Dignity Policy
• The practical skills to communicate clearly and assertively when encountering difficult situations
• The confidence to have ‘difficult’ conversations with others
• Practical skills in making potentially “difficult conversations” less “difficult"
