SENIOR EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT, DEPARTMENT OF PAEDIATRICS & CHILD HEALTH (2-Year Part-time Contract)
Applications are invited for the above fixed term part-time (5 mornings per week) administrative post in the Department of Paediatrics & Child Health, College of Medicine and Health.
The duties will be to provide secretarial and administrative support to the Director of a Science Foundation Ireland funded research programme in the Department.

Applicants should have advanced word processing and spreadsheet skills and experience in PowerPoint would be an advantage. Applicants should enjoy team-work.The successful candidate is likely to have a high level of organisation skills, the ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a dynamic team.

Appointment will be within the following salary scales (pro rata) depending on qualifications and experience:
€27,592 - €40,546 (Scale A)
€29,044 - €42,679 (Scale B)
