School Manager, School of Pharmacy (10mth Contract)
The School of Pharmacy at UCC is seeking to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced School Manager to provide administrative guidance, support and leadership to the School of Pharmacy for a 10 month period commencing 24 September 2007.
The appointee will have responsibility for financial and administrative management of the School of Pharmacy; providing the necessary infrastructure to underpin research and teaching in the School and organising/supervising all administrative services in the School.
The successful candidate will be an existing UCC employee of graduate calibre and will have at least 5 years administrative/supervisory experience (preferably combining business experience with experience of an educational/research environment at third level).S/he will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational, interpersonal and computer skills and proven ability to work independently and as a member of a team.A university degree or equivalent together with previous supervisory experience would be an advantage.
Salary scale (new entrants):€56,382 - €72,854 per annum.
