UCC historians contribute to RTÉ’s The Story Of Ireland

Tudor historian, Dr. David Edwards has contributed to RTÉ’s The Story Of Ireland, a five-part landmark history of Ireland, presented by Fergal Keane.

Dr. Edwards has contributed to The Age Of Conquest, the second programme in the series, focusing on the impact of the Tudors and Elizabethans in Ireland. Donnchadh Ó Corráin, former professor of medieval Irish history at University College Cork has contributed a narrative on the impact of the Vikings to The Age Of Invasions, the first programme in the series.
