Irish mother and baby homes return to the news

Dr Michael Dwyer's research features in today's Irish Examiner. Michael discovered a 1945 report in the Irish Medical Journal documenting three separate diphtheria outbreaks among infants in one of the country’s mother and baby homes that had 100% mortality rates.
