Dr Fiona Buckley addressed the International Congress of Parliamentary Women Caucuses

On 10 September last, Dr Fiona Buckley addressed the International Congress of Parliamentary Women Caucuses, held in Dublin Castle. Fiona spoke about the adoption, implementation and effectiveness of gender quotas.
