Where do I find my ticket / registration confirmation?

Your confirmation email from Conferencing & Events (UCC Academy) serves as your ticket or registration confirmation for the event. Please bring this email with you to the event, either on your phone or printed out. 

How do I know my purchase / registration is confirmed?

At the time of purchase or registration, you will receive a confirmation email from Conferencing & Events (UCC Academy).

What do I do if I can’t go to the event and need to cancel my ticket?

Ticketed Events

Cancellation requests can only be made in writing to (conferenceucc@ucc.ie) who will forward the request to the team at Rebound Arts Festival.

No refund will be given in case of a no-show, late arrival, unused services, unattended events, early termination of events or connectivity or any other technical issues experienced by any attendee. All refunds will be processed after the event

Free Events Registration

If you can no longer attend an event and have already registered, please email reboundboxoffice@gmail.com to notify us. 

If you have registered for an event, can no longer attend and would like to give your place to someone else, please email us at reboundboxoffice@gmail.com to change the name of the registered attendee. 

Where do I find the online content for an event?

How will I be contacted if there are changes to the event I registered for? 

If there are any changes to the event you have registered or purchased a ticket for, you will be notified via email by reboundboxoffice@gmail.com.
