GRAND FINAL - UCC Science For All

This is a postgraduate student public presentation competition where postgraduate students explain their researches in science, engineering and food science in terms understandable to a general audience.

The Science for All Competition is a postgraduate competition where postgraduate students explain their researches in a manner that is easily understood by a general audience. Six finalists were chosen at the heats on 8th March. Talks in the final include subjects such as, Wave Energy Conversion, Improving Process in the Production or Swiss Cheese, Increasing Speed and Capacity of the Internet, Iron in the Body and How it is Associated with Infection, Transport in the Quantum World, Improving Electronic Devices. All are welcome to this competition and it should be a very entertaining night to all interested in science.
