Are the Laws of Physics Changing? (public talk)
Astronomers in their efforts to understand the structure and evolution of the Universe are investigating whether the laws and constants of physics are the same today as they were billions of years ago. This lecture will look at what these high-precision observations have been telling us and see why many physicists believe that the laws of physics may be different elsewhere in the Universe. Organised by the Department of Physics, UCC and the Royal Irish Academy.
