The Symposium is an excellent opportunity to join a growing community of health and social care workers, academics, policy makers, front line staff and experts by experience working together to improve health outcomes for the most disadvantaged in our society. The 2 day event will include keynote speakers, workshops, working groups, innovative interactions and a fantastic opportunity to meet, share and learn. This year’s conference is hosted by The Adult Homeless Integrated Team of Cork Kerry Community Healthcare and Safetynet Primary Care with support from the Office of HSE Social Inclusion, the Department of General Practice at University College Cork and Cork City Council.
