2014 UCC Law Society Conference Human Trafficking-Modern Slavery in Ireland
The UCC Human Trafficking-Modern Slavery in Ireland Law Conference will take place on 19th of Novemeber 2014 in the Aula Maxima and is free to attend for all students.
The UCC Law Conference is the only student run professional law conference in Ireland, which is in no small part due to the support of our key sponsor, William Fry. The aim of this year’s highly topical conference is to draw as much attention as possible to the issue of forced labour and trafficking in Ireland, and to open up an academic discussion on procedural reform and the efficiency of our approach. The conference provides an opportunity for legal professionals and members of the public to engage with the latest developments in the area of Human Rights and Immigration law, our attendees will be challenged by our expert speakers This Conference is free for students to attend; registration is required to book your place and it is advisable to do so ASAP.
